    Viruses represent the most numerous living beings. From metagenomic sequencing of gut microbiomes, researchers identified 140,000 viruses, half of which had never been observed before. Viruses are part of the intestinal ecosystem and contribute to our health.



    Embryo’s development in the uterus

    Aging begins when the embryo develops in the uterus. But it reaches a low point in the blastocyst (5/6 days) before increasing again. The embryos are then younger than the germ cells from which they come.
