Humility is related to several positive mental health outcomes. Among college students, all five dimensions of humility were associated with a greater love of life. Higher religious, valuing, and other-oriented humility were associated with greater happiness. Among adults, being more humble overall was associated with greater openness to experience, conscientiousness, and pleasure.

Highly creative people’s brains appear to work differently from others’, with an atypical approach that makes distant connections more quickly by bypassing the “hubs” seen in non-creative brains. Big C people, visual artists and scientists, may not need to work as hard as other smart people to perform certain creative tasks.”
Finding creativity through movement
A research shows that it is not movement per se that helps us to think more flexibly but the freedom to make self-determined movements is responsible for it. Even small movements while sitting can have the same positive effects on creative thinking.
