Humility is related to positive mental health
Humility is related to several positive mental health outcomes. Among college students, all five dimensions of humility were associated with a greater love of life. Higher religious, valuing, and other-oriented humility were associated with greater happiness. Among adults, being more humble overall was associated with greater openness to experience, conscientiousness, and pleasure.

Big C people, visual artists and scientists, may not need to work as hard as other smart people to perform certain creative tasks.”

A research shows that it is not movement per se that helps us to think more flexibly but the freedom to make self-determined movements is responsible for it. Even small movements while sitting can have the same positive effects on creative thinking.
