Astronomers Spot a Huge Cluster of Galaxies Forming Earlier in Cosmic History Than Thought Possible
Astronomers have observed the oldest known grouping of galaxies, dating back approximately 12.8 billion years, which appears to have formed much earlier than previously thought. This suggests a flaw in the general cosmological model (“the Standard Model”), leading to oversimplification.
