The role of sleep
The role of sleep is to increase chromosome dynamics and normalize the levels of DNA damage in each single neuron. Chromosomes are more active at night when the body rests and this increased activity enables the efficiency of the repair to DNA damage.
Memory of the embryonic cells
Adult tissues retain a memory of the embryonic cells from which they arose. Embryonic memory takes the form of methyl groups that bind to and detach from the DNA within cells. Under certain conditions the memory can be recovered to switch on genes that were active in the fetal state.
Intelligence of the plants
Plants have a form of intelligence, they perceive the gravity, the wind and their position that they can correct. The tree feels whether it is straight or bent and has the ability to rectify itself and control its balance. Chemical reactions, similar to nerve impulses, are recorded in plant memory.
